Unauthorized use of the Service and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into UTC's systems or misuse of passwords is strictly prohibited.
Use of this Service may be monitored, tracked and recorded. Anyone using this Service expressly consents to such monitoring, tracking and recording.
In these terms and conditions, “we”, “our” “us” and “UTC” mean Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation and “you” and “your” mean the individual who is using the Service.
 
Your Responsibilities
You must always keep confidential your username and password and the answers to any online security questions (personal verification questions) you have chosen that allow you to sign-on to the Service. Do not divulge this information to anyone—including family members, friends, employees, accountants and bookkeepers or anyone else. Do not write this information down or keep a poorly disguised record of it.

  • software failure, including among other things, bugs, errors, viruses, configuration problems, incompatibility of systems, utilities or applications, the operation of firewalls or screening programs, unreadable codes, or irregularities within particular documents or other content;
  • overload of system capacities;
  • damage caused by severe weather, earthquakes, wars, insurrection, riots, civil commotion, act of God, accident, fire, water damage, explosion, mechanical breakdown or natural disasters;
  • interruption (whether partial or total) of power supplies or other utility of service;
  • strike or other stoppage (whether partial or total) of labor;
  • governmental or regulatory restrictions, exchange rulings, court or tribunal orders or other human intervention; or
  • any other cause (whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing) whatsoever beyond the control of UTC.

UTC is providing the Service on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, UTC makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this Service. The information contained in the various web pages may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of UTC howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
